Fall 2019 – Playoff Preview

Tomorrow begins the first-ever playoff series in the league’s history.  With the winner’s facing off the week after in a best of 3 series.

5:30 – Green Monkeys vs Silver Snakes

You can expect a very close game between the Green Monkeys vs the Silver Snakes. Looking at the past, both games have been in favor of the Snakes by 1 goal, with the 2nd needing overtime to decide it. The Monkeys will be looking to limit the Snakes chances as much as possible as this team thrives in close, low scoring games.

Vegas has the Silver Snakes at -2.5

6:30 – Orange Iguanas vs Purple Parrots

It might not mean anything for the history books, but the Orange Iguanas and the Purple Parrots will battle it out in the Rubber Match. The series between the two is at 1 win each. The series has been about as even as it gets with each team scoring 23 goals throughout the two games.

We reached out to Vegas for the lines on this one, but they said they didn’t care.

7:30 – Blue Barracudas vs Red Jaguars

The Red Jaguars swept the Barracudas this season, but there’s not a big difference between two in the stats. The Jaguars have been gaining momentum after having a mid-season slump were they dropped 3 in a row. The Barracudas are also gaining momentum with Brandon Curtis who has been on fire lately. This game is available for the taking by any team and could easily come down to goal tending.
