The defending champs find themselves in a difficult situation having dropped their season opener. Reports have surfaced 2nd round pick, Nolan Mock, is doubtful for the matchup and rookie defenseman John Shander is questionable. - Jaguars are 2-1 in this matchup, but the fish won the more important playoff game

Both the Barracudas and Jaguars opened the season with W’s. The main storyline in this one has to be Hound Dog Scott Bassett wearing a different uniform for the first time against his former team of many seasons. Word from Barracudas camp is a short tribute video will be shown prior to faceoff. Defenseman Bernie Seth expected to be a game-time decision. Expect a close game with all the usual suspects showing up big in this rivalry match.
